Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your order.  However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 10 days of your receipt of goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.        Postage will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  The refunded amount may take up to 15 working days to show in your account.  Original shipment and return postage will not be refunded. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again,
or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@knaturecare.com. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@knaturecare.com and send your item to:

Sending a Return

To return your product, please email info@knaturecare.com providing your order number, the product which are being returned and the reason why.  Once you have received confirmation from us please return your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, please notify us within seven working days beginning on the day following the day of delivery to you.

Step 1: Please email info@knaturecare.com providing your customer order number, the goods which are being returned and the reasons why.

Step 2: Once you have received confirmation from the team please return the product(s) to: 902 Ambrose House, 19 Circus Road West, SW11 8EL, London.

 We recommend that you return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department.

Step 3: On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. This could take up to 30 days although it will be actioned immediately. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
